Roman Khutoryansky spent his business career starting various business ventures. After college, he started businesses in industries varying from magazine publishing to social media fitness motivation. In 2015, he co-founded Logical Capital. Roman received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University in 2008. He later received his MBA degree in Entrepreneurship from the Zicklin School of Business at CUNY Baruch College in 2013.

Boris Khutoryansky graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance in 2006. He then worked at Forex.com selling Forex platform products and services to Russian speakers in the countries of the former Soviet Union. After that, he co-founded a call center which was focused on selling credit card processing services to small and medium sized businesses. After spending time learning the markets, he co-founded Logical Capital in 2015.
